• This promotion is run by Swann, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited.
• The promotion is open from 9.00am Tuesday 13 December 2011 until 11.59pm on Monday 27 February 2012 (the “Promotional Period”).
• There is one prize to be won. This prize is a Mothers car care kit valued at $75.00 (including GST).
• The prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
• The winners will be drawn on Tuesday 28 February 2012 and notified via email. The Judge’s decision is final and if for any reason a winner cannot be contacted within a time deemed reasonable by Swann, the prize will be redrawn.
• Swann shall not be liable for any participant’s inability to redeem the Offer or any loss arising from participation in this promotion.
